Do my customers need an account to leave a testimonial?
No. You share one link, they open it, write or record, and send. No signup, no app, no password — a testimonial takes about two minutes on any phone or computer.
How does the AI actually help?
Three ways: it suggests guiding questions tailored to your product, it can polish a customer's rough sentences into a publishable quote (they approve the final wording), and it analyzes every submission — sentiment, topic tags, and a pull-quote — so your inbox arrives pre-sorted.
What happens with video testimonials?
Customers record up to 60 seconds straight from their browser — no uploads or apps. The audio is transcribed automatically, the transcript is editable before sending, and the video plays right on your Wall of Love. Video is part of the Pro plan.
Do bad reviews go public?
Never automatically. Everything lands in your private inbox first, and only what you approve appears on your wall. On Pro you can enable auto-approve, which publishes only clearly positive 4–5★ testimonials — mixed or negative ones always wait for you.
How do I put the wall on my website?
Copy one embed snippet from your dashboard and paste it into any site — WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Shopify, or plain HTML. The wall updates itself whenever you approve something new, in your brand color.
What does the free plan include?

Can I cancel the Pro trial or subscription?
Anytime, in one click from your Gumroad receipt or library. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you're never charged. Cancel later and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace simply returns to the free plan — your testimonials and wall stay intact.
Who owns the testimonials?
You and your customers do. We store and display them to run the service — that's it. You can delete any testimonial instantly, and request full deletion of your data at any time.

Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 July 2026. These terms govern your use of Sifawall ("the Service"), operated from Nairobi, Kenya.
The Service. Sifawall lets businesses collect, manage, and display customer testimonials, including text and video, with AI-assisted editing, transcription, and analysis. Features vary by plan.
Accounts. You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or upload unlawful content.
Your content. Testimonials, names, images, and videos submitted through your collection link belong to you and your customers. You confirm you have your customers' permission to collect and publish their testimonials. You grant us the technical rights needed to store, process (including AI processing), and display this content in order to run the Service.
Acceptable use. No fake or misleading testimonials, no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, no attempts to disrupt the Service or access other tenants' data.
Payments. Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Gumroad, including any free-trial period shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime via Gumroad; paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support.
Availability & liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
Changes & termination. We may update these terms or the Service; material changes will be announced on this page. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026. This explains what Sifawall collects and why.
What we collect. For business accounts: your email address and workspace details. For testimonial submitters: the name, role, rating, text, and (optionally) video you choose to submit. Basic technical logs (such as page views and errors) are collected without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How it's used. To operate the Service: storing and displaying testimonials the business approves, sending the business notification emails, and processing content with AI — testimonial text may be sent to Anthropic (Claude) for polishing and analysis, and video audio to Google Speech-to-Text for transcription. AI providers process this data to provide the feature, not to advertise to you.
Where it lives. Data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Authentication). Emails are delivered via Resend. Payments are processed by Gumroad — we never see or store card details.
Sharing. We do not sell personal data. Testimonials a business approves are published on that business's public wall — that is the point of the Service. Submitters should only include information they are happy to see published.
Retention & deletion. Content is kept while the account is active. Businesses can delete individual testimonials at any time; for full account or submission deletion, email sifawall.help@gmail.com and we will remove the data within 30 days.
Children. The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
